Hospice Care for Martha's Vineyard

The VNA has been providing end of life care for our patients for the past 25 years. With trained specialists in pain management, we are able to work closely with doctors and their patients to provide care and comfort during an emotional and stressful time.

Recently we have decided to augment our end of life care by collaborating with Island Hospice, the only Medicare certified hospice organization on Martha’s Vineyard. With our team approach to end of life care, we enable our patients, when the time is right, to keep their VNA nurses, therapists, and aides in place as they seamlessly transition to a full service hospice.
