If you would like to remember the VNA in your will, your lawyer might like to use the preferred wording:
"I give to the Vineyard Nursing Association, located at 15 Merchant's Court, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568, a registered 501 (c) (3) non- profit organization (#22 225 7839), my gift of _____ and I direct that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or other proper officer of the organization shall be a full and sufficient discharge of the same."
