Our Mission
Vineyard Nursing Association is a nonprofit,
premier home care provider whose mission is to provide compassionate, high quality, and state of the art
care for patients and families with acute
chronic, or advanced illnesses.
The Vineyard Nursing Association is committed to:
Providing skilled nursing, restorative and other therapeutic services and homemaker/home care aide services on a part time intermittent basis.
Assisting in evaluating, promoting, educating, and maintaining the health and welfare of individuals in the community of Martha's Vineyard.
Promoting cooperation and collaboration among agencies and providers to improve the health and welfare of the community.
The VNA consistently exceeds local state and national scores for home care patient service as reported by Medicare.
