Payroll Administrator/Bookkeeper
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Full-time position with benefits - responsible for preparing and processing payroll, bookkeeping and HR administrative support.
Job Requirements:
Preference will be given to those with:
- Payroll experience with Paychex
- HR generalist experience
- Experience in health care

Home Health Aide Department Administrative Assistant
Full-time position with benefits, supporting the Home Health Aide Department. Responsibilities include scheduling, answering phones and general administrative duties. Work schedule to include weekends.

Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
As a home health RN with the VNA, you will educate patients and their caregivers on their conditions and the steps needed to ensure proper recovery. You will maintain ongoing communication with the Clinical Supervisor, relaying any patient needs or problems. This is a full-time position with benefits. Additional responsibilities of our home health RN include:

You must be a caring, patient and flexible teacher with excellent communication and time management abilities. You must possess independent problem solving abilities, excellent clinical assessment skills and be computer literate. You must also be in good physical shape and have the ability to lift/transfer patients to and from wheelchairs, if necessary. Additional requirements of our home health RN include:

- Participating in the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Process.
- Preparing accurate, orderly and timely reports and documentation.
- Adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.
Job Requirements:

Occupational Therapist
Job Description/Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist with the VNA, you will provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients in accordance with physician orders to improve and restore strength, coordination, range of motion and function. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist with the VNA, you will provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients in accordance with physician orders to improve and restore strength, coordination, range of motion and function. This is a full-time position with benefits.
- Assess and screen patients’ daily living and working skills. Develop a therapeutic retraining program with measurable objectives.
- Administer and interpret diagnostic and prognostic tests of function to patients in their homes to assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s level of function.
- Work with other highly skilled clinicians through a multi- or interdisciplinary team approach - confer with the patients’ physicians and clinical team members. Participate in the development and revision of the treatment care plan.
Job Requirements:
- Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-approved and accredited college.
- Current OT license in MA.
- Occupational therapy experience preferred, home health care experience a plus.
- Demonstrated competency in applying principles, methods and equipment used in occupational therapy.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; computer competency.
- Ability to assess patient needs to develop and implement comprehensive plan of care.
- Ability to function as a member of an integrated healthcare work team.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driving record required.

Home Health Aides
As a Home Health Aide with the VNA, you will work within our clients' homes to provide support with daily living tasks and basic care services such as bathing, personal care, and feeding. All HHAs are also responsible for ensuring that patients receive essential social and emotional support, and for providing vital information on patient conditions to nurses to uphold the highest level of care. We have several per diem positions available. Flexible hours.
