Elder Services
Elder Services of Cape Cod & the Islands utilizes the the VNA's services to provides eligible elders with the supportive services that they may need to live safely and independently at home. Services may include meal preparation, shopping, and homemaking. Financially qualified individuals 60 and over may be eligible.
Disabled Services
Our Home Health Aides provide homemaking services to eligible adults with disabilities who are functionally limited in meeting their own nutritional and environmental needs. The VNA provides these services to people ages 18-60 in a contract with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission through its Homecare Assistance Program. Services we provide enable disabled individuals to maintain their independence while living in the community.
