REMEMBERING THE VINEYARD NURSING ASSOCIATION IN YOUR WILL
Thank you for your interest in remembering the Vineyard Nursing Association (VNA) in your will. Doing so is a way to ensure that your life will have a lasting impact on the health care of the Vineyard community. That's why those who inform us that they have designated VNA in their will are automatically members of the VNA Bequest Society. If you have already included VNA in your estate plans, or if you would like more information on how to do so, please e-mail at gifts@vineyardnursing.org or call the VNA Development Office (508-696-0784) or write to us at:

Even if your aims are simple, a legal adviser will ensure that your Will accurately reflects your intentions.
They may help you to determine whether there are any family members who you have not included in your Will, who you may wish to, in order to avoid a subsequent claim against your estate. This may be important to consider before deciding to leave a legacy to the VNA. Legal advice may also help you to reduce the amount of tax payable on your estate.
Preferred Wording
If you would like to remember the VNA in your Will, your lawyer might like to use the preferred wording:
