  • Home Visits

  • Communicable Diseases

Did you know...The VNA provides funding to Vineyard Smiles, a non-profit dental clinic made possible by Vineyard Health Care Access and each town’s Board of Health. We support the senior hygiene clinics and Tooth Tutoring, a K-2 oral hygiene education in the schools.  Senior hygiene clinics take place about once a month at the local senior centers, and visits to the local public schools occur
annually.
